Czy ktoś się orientuje gdzie podłączony jest przewód zaznaczony na zielono ?

Sprowadziłem samochód z Niemiec i jest on niepodpięty , dodatkowo wyskakują błędy "abgassystem überprüfen" oraz "einspritz überprüfen". Samochód z 2009 roku czyli końcówka serii. Kod silnika K9K734 .

Jeżeli jest to tylko plastykowa rurka to służy ona tylko do odprowadzenia ewentualnych wycieków paliwa pod silnik. Wpięta jest w otwór umieszczony za obudową miarki oleju. Nie ma nic wspólnego z komunikatami które załączyłeś.

A gdzie wchodzi drugi koniec tej rurki ?

Leży na dolnej osłonie silnika.

Dokładnie, to jest rurka wychodząca z obudowy silnika i służy do odprowadzenia nadmiaru ropy w razie gdyby coś wyciekło, rozlało się...

 

Co do błędów to ten "abgassystem überprüfen" to sprawdź układ wydechowy, a ten drugi "einspritz überprüfen" to sprawdź wtryskiwacze.

Co oznacza usterka P1205 w tym silniku ?

Skanowanie w Delphi : DF 991 obwód sterujący wtryskiwaczem filtra cząstek stalych otwarty  oraz DF 641 .

Czy jest to zapchany DPF?

Musiałbyś podłączyć auto pod CLIP, dedykowany interfejs diagnostyczny renault, wtedy powinno wyjść o co chodzi. Jeśli to zapchany DPF to tym programem można uruchomić procedurę wypalania.

P1205 to jest błąd DF 991. 

DF 991 to po angielsku:

PARTICLE FILTER INJECTOR CONTROL CIRCUIT
CC.0: Short circuit to earth
CC.1: Short circuit to + 12 V
CO: Open circuit
NOTES
Conditions for applying the fault finding procedure to a stored fault:
– The fault is declared present after the engine is started or following a road test.
– After actuator command AC238 Particle filter injector.
If the fault is present:
CO or CC.1: Injector not actuated,
CC.0: Injector permanently actuated.
– The level 1 and OBD fault warning lights are lit on the instrument panel.
Use CLIO III, MODUS, MEGANE II ph2, SCENIC II ph2 and Kangoo II Wiring
diagrams Technical Note.
Check the connection and condition of the exhaust injection solenoid valve connector, component code 1750.
Check the connection and condition of the injection computer connector, component code 120 (see MR 392,
385, 364, 370 and 417, Mechanical, 13B, Diesel injection, Diesel injection computer: Removal - Refitting).
If the connector is faulty and there is a repair procedure (see Technical Note 6015A, Electrical wiring repair,
Wiring: Precautions for repair), repair the connector, otherwise replace the wiring.
Measure the resistance of the particle filter injector, component code 1750 between connections 3FB2
(or 3FB3 for Kangoo II) and 3AGR.
If the resistance is not:
5.2 Ω at - 40˚C,
7.5 Ω at 20˚C,
10.4 Ω at 120˚C.
Replace the injector.
With the ignition on, check for + 12 V after ignition on connection 3FB2 (or 3FB3 for Kangoo II) of the exhaust
injection solenoid valve, component code 1750.
If the connection(s) are faulty and there is a repair method (see Technical Note 6015A, Repairing electrical
wiring, Wiring: Precautions for repair), repair the wiring, otherwise replace it.
Check the continuity, insulation and absence of interference resistance on the following connections:
– 3FB2 (or 3FB3 for Kangoo II) between components 1750 and 120 (or 1337 for Kangoo II),
– 3AGR between components 1750 and 120.
If the connection(s) are faulty and there is a repair method (see Technical Note 6015A, Repairing electrical
wiring, Wiring: Precautions for repair), repair the wiring, otherwise replace it.

DF641 to:

1. DEF: No signal

If fault DF641 Damper valve circuit, 2.DEF is present, apply the fault finding
procedure for DF067 Damper valve control circuit.
Damper valve cut-off.
There is no damper valve for Vdiag 4C.
Conditions for applying fault finding procedures to stored faults:
– The fault becomes present when the engine is started and then stopped,
– a road test,
– an actuator control AC012 Damper valve.
– The level 1 fault warning light is lit on the instrument panel.
Use CLIO III, MODUS, MEGANE II ph2, SCENIC II ph2 and KANGOO II Wiring
diagrams Technical Note.
Check the connection and condition of the damper valve connector, component code 1461 (see MR 392, 364,
370 and 417, Mechanical, 12A, Fuel mixture, Damper valve: Removal - Refitting).
and of the injection computer connector, component code 120 (see MR 392, 385, 364, 370 and 417,
Mechanical, 13B, Diesel injection, Diesel injection computer: Removal - Refitting).
If the connectors are faulty and if there is a repair procedure (see Technical Note 6015A, Repairing electrical
wiring, Wiring: Precautions for repair) repair the connector(s); otherwise, replace the wiring.
Check for + 12 V after ignition on connection 3FB (or 3FB3 for Kangoo II) of the damper valve, component
code 1461.
If the connection is faulty and there is a repair procedure (see Technical Note 6015A, Electrical wiring repair,
Wiring: Precautions for repair), repair the wiring, otherwise replace it.
Check the insulation, continuity and the absence of interference resistance on the following connections:
– 3VM between components 1461 and 120,
– 3GM between components 1461 and 120,
– 3AAD between components 1461 and 120.

Problem DF 991 (P1205 ) rozwiązany. Przyczyna skrzywiony pin w gnieździe  wtrysku DPF i brak polaczenia z wtykiem (obwód otwarty ).

Natomiast DF 641 to wytarty potencjometr przepustnicy powietrza .
